We first met Sherry when we were in the process of refinancing our first house a year prior to looking for our home. She would follow up quarterly to check on the process, and as soon as we let her know we were ready to search, she went to work immediately. Sherry is simply the best Real Estate Agent I have ever known. Her negotiating skills, timeliness, friendliness, and local knowledge really make her standout amongst other agents. You couldn’t find a more courteous agent if you tried. As an active duty military service member, I highly recommend her for any real estate needs in Las Vegas. Being a 30 year Navy veteran herself, she understands all the headaches and hassles that come with a military movement and moves mountains to accommodate the needs and wishes of military members. She also utilizes loan officers that are very familiar with the VA Loan process and make everything as smooth as possible. And if you are overseas/not in the Las Vegas area, she also makes very good video walkthroughs of properties you may be interested in. Whether you are affiliated with the military or not, Sherry is hands down the best choice you can make when choosing a real estate agent in the Las Vegas area.

A friend recommended Sherry to me. I sent her a text message late that night expecting to hear from her in a few days. But I was very surprised that she responded right away. We spoke on the phone that night and we went out looking at houses the following day. I was impressed with her level of professionalism and diverse real estate knowledge.

Sherry did a great job for us from the start to the finish, driving us from the north end of Las Vegas all of the way to the south end of Henderson to look at houses. As she got to know us she would include different specifics, in her daily paperwork, on the houses that we were going to look at that day that were important to my wife and I. After we made an offer, she kept us up to date on every aspect as soon as something happened. She was there to smooth out any hiccups along the way. We got to town late evening, a couple of days after we closed on the house, and she had everything ready and waiting for us to get right into the house that night. Very nice when you are purchasing a house from out of town.

Sherry was one of, if not the best, realtors I have ever dealt with. She was extremely proactive, communicative, timely, and a 1000 other positive adjectives! There was never a doubt that we weren't getting her best and she was providing us with the most objective and accurate information. She was extremely organized which helped in knowing when we needed to get services activated, closing timeframes, etc. which allowed for my wife and I have to feel at ease with the entire home-buying process, considering this is our third home purchase, it was the smoothest! Sherry is very honest and she didn’t tell me what I wanted to hear. I trust her to look out for my best interests. I was very surprised at how hard she fights for the people she’s working with. I overheard her on the phone with another agent and based on what I heard I knew I was in good hands. She always makes me feel like I’m the only person she was working with but I know she’s working with several other people. It doesn’t seem like she sleeps either because she always answers her phone or calls back within a few minutes. Do yourself a favor and get Sherry as your real estate agent.

I stumbled on Sherry via Zillow reviews and let me tell you, she is deserving of every 5-star rating!!! Sherry Strothers is nothing short of amazing and was such a blessing in helping me find & purchase my 1st home! We connected via phone/email prior to flying into Vegas & had I presented her with a very aggressive list (about 20 houses) to see in 1.5 days. I knew she was the realtor for me when instead of questions/concerns - she assured me that we would see EVERY house on that list. The day I flew in, I was her sole focus; she had our time planned down to the minute I flew out of Vegas. I also provided notes ahead of time on each house (what I liked and didn't like based on the listing) and Sherry retyped my notes + added additional pertinent information and had everything printed out on a spreadsheet ready for my arrival. I was not only able to see all the houses on my list but also saw several extras prior to my flight out! It was among the extra houses that I found and fell in love with my 1st home!Even after leaving Vegas, she made sure to keep our communication very consistent and extremely thorough so that I remained well-informed and at ease, from the moment we placed an offer, up until we closed on the house.
